Cholestrol cut salad …….

Ingredients * 4 oz fresh baby spinach

* 1/2 cup chopped broccoli

* 1 Apple 

* 1 ripe avocado

* 1/4 cup blueberries

* 2-4 TBSP dried cranberries

* 2-4 TBSP roasted sunflower seeds (I used unsalted)

* black pepper, to taste (optional)

* 2 TBSP Honey 

* 1-2 TBSP lemon juice 

* 4 oz Asparagus 

Method

1. Wash + dry spinach.

2. Peel Cucumber , remove seeds if it’s ripe

3. Cut in to small pieces

4. Dice Apple 

5. Peel and dice avocado 

6. Combine broccoli, blueberries, dried cranberries, avocado, and sunflower seeds.

7. Toss with Honey and lemon juice 

8. Season with black pepper, to taste.

9. Enjoy this healthy salad
