Frittata burger…..


Ingredients

Burger bun.             If your own choice

Ice burg lettuce.     Few crispy leaves

Tomato.                    Few slices

Lemon pepper aioli.   You can choose any sauce you like

Asparagus.              5-6 pieces

White mushroom.   6 pieces

Brocolli                       1 hand full

Onion.                         1/2 piece

Potato.                        1/2 raw

Salt pepper.              To taste

Egg white.                 4 eggs

Method

*.          Slice asparagus, mushrooms

*.          Finely dice brocolli and onions

*.          Using ” burnier curler “make potato curls and dip them in cold water for few minutes

*.         In a frying pan add 1 tbsp of butter and add asparagus, mushroom, onions and brocolli at the same time

*.        Sauté for 3-4 minutes when veggies turned bright in color spread evenly in pan turn the heat off and pour beaten 4 egg whites over the veggie mixture 

*.        Keep this pan in preheated oven at 375F for 5 minutes

*.       Remove the pan using oven gloves 

*.        Cut bun size roundles out of this Cooke mixture

*.         Drain the potato curls and deep fry them for 45 seconds or till golden brown .

Remove it and sprinkle salt or any seasoning you like

*.        Start assembling the burger now as you like and serve it with your chill ice of sides
