Ingredients

Whole wheat flour.                        1 cup

Semolina                                            1 Tbsp

Salt                                                        To taste

Refined oil.                                          2 Tbsp

Beetroot water                             To mix the dough

Spinach blanched and puréed  To mix the dough 

Turmeric powder                             1 Tsp

Boiled potatoes.                              4-5 no

Cumin seeds                                     1 Tsp

Mustard Seeds.                                1 Tsp

Turmeric.                                           1 Tsp

Red chilli powder.                           1 Tsp

Garam masala.                                1 Tsp

Salt                                                     To taste

Cilantro.                                           For garnish
