Ingredients
Maritime lobster tails. 2 no
Seasoning of your choice. Few shakes
Cornflour. 2 tbsp
Cream half/ half. 1/4 cup
Bread crumbs/ panko. 2-3 tbsp
Oil. For frying
Method
- Split the maritime lobster tails & Remove the meat from lobster tails
- Cut the tails in to small pop corn size pieces
- Put these lobster meat in seasoned cornflour
- After that dip them in cream half /half
- Now transfer lobster meat in to panko press lightly and deep fry till golden brown for 1.5 minutes
- Serve with your choice of salad and dressing
