Lobster popcorn salad



Maritime lobster tails.            2 no

Seasoning of your choice.      Few shakes

Cornflour.                                  2 tbsp

Cream half/ half.                        1/4 cup

Bread crumbs/ panko.             2-3 tbsp

Oil.                                               For frying


  • Split the maritime lobster tails & Remove the meat from lobster tails 
  • Cut the tails in to small pop corn size pieces
  • Put these lobster meat in seasoned cornflour 
  • After that dip them in cream half /half
  • Now transfer lobster meat in to panko press lightly and deep fry till golden brown for 1.5 minutes
  • Serve with your choice of salad and dressing
