Semolina Halwa 

 Ingredients

Fine semolina Duran wheat.                    1 cup

Sugar.                                                            1 cup 

Ghee( clarified butter).                               1 cup

Green cardamom.                                       2 no

Finely chopped pistachio                          10 no
Finely chopped almonds.                           10 no

Water.                                                             4 cup

Method

  • Boil water with sugar and green cardamom 
  • Take heavy bottom pan , add clarifie ghee 
  • Once ghee is melted add semolina to the ghee and start frying for 5-10 minutes until it turns golden brown colour
  • Once you get the desired Color add flavoured water with cardamom slowly slowly and keep stirring to avoid lump formation once it looks evenly mixed add dry fruits and let it thickens little bit
  • Cook for 3-5 more minutes , once done serve according to your choice.
  • Garnish with chopped dry fruits
