Savoury pancakes with Chia 

 Ingredients

Besan flour.                                 2 cups

Baking powder.                          1 pinch

Turmeric powder.                       1/4 tsp

Chilli powder.                               1/4 tsp

Kasoori  methi.                            1 tsp

Black pepper crushed.                1/2 tsp

Chia seeds dry.                             2 tbsp

Oil.                                                  Few spoons

Salt.                                                 To taste

 Method

  • Take besan flour in a bowl 
  • Add everything listed above and using water make a batter without any lumps
  • Take a non stick pan apply little oil using paper towel 
  • When pan ishit reduce the heat to medium or little above medium
  • Pour batter and twist the pan how we do for  creapes until evenly spread should thick and thin like roti
  • Pour few drops of oil on the corner and flip the pancake 
  • Cook from both sides till golden brown and serve with any sauce of your choice
