Fierce Salmon on Rice


Fresh Atlantic salmon                      1kg 

Tomato ketchup                              3Tbsp

Sour cream                                      3Tbsp

Mustard paste                                1 Tbsp

Fresh lemon                                    1/2 

Chilli powder                                   1tsp

Freshly crushed black pepper     1/2 -1tsp

Turmeric powder                          1/2 tsp

Cumin powder                               1/2 tsp

Kasoori methi dry                          1/2 tsp

Salt                                                  To taste

Chaat masala.                              1 tsp

Red bell pepper                             1no

Tomato whole                                1no medium size

Mushroom white small                100 gms 


  • Slice salmon in to small pieces 
  • Dice pepper in to 1inch cubes
  • Remove seeds from tomato and make 1inch cubes
  • Trim bottom 1-2 inch part of spring onion 
  • De stem the mushrooms
  • Take a steel bowl and mix all the ingredients and pour over salmon also mix the diced vegetables
  • Leave it covered for 10-15 minutes after 15 minutes use bamboo skewers which were already soaked in water 
  • Follow a proper pattern when using skewers 
  • Cook the skewers in convection oven at 375 degree F for 8-10 minutes 
  • When ready serve it on a bed of rice and garnish with chopped spring onion
